The Diebold Opteva 560 is a cash dispenser designed for exterior through the wall, and vestibule walk up applications, Exterior wall installations make provisions for wall thickness, weather elements, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures for parts which are exposed to harsh environment and fraud attacks. It has an enhanced fascia design, which allows increased functional flexibility, while providing ease of access and privacy to both wheelchair-bound and walk-up customers. The terminal is available with a wide range of safes: UL-291 level 1, CEN I, CEN III and CEN IV and can be installed through a variety of alternative wall openings.

The terminal allows you to provide the following services; media dispensing (cash, coupons, tickets, etc.), marketing messaging, funds transfer, electronic payments and balance inquiries.
With the Two Color Graphical Receipt Printer capabilities, the Diebold Opteva 560 can also provide revenue generation, multi-media, and enhanced relationship opportunities by printing coupons, logos, and other promotional items. The ability to deliver a range of coupons, with two colors, can now be realized. These pre-formatted coupons could be tied, for example, to local promotions, types of transaction, or types of customer (as identified in a customer marketing data base). User exits could be provided that would allow a different coupon to be printed by time of day or day of the week. The financial institution may wish to offer some other printed "products" from the ATM i.e. location maps, tickets, bar codes on coupons, etc.
